Jerry's story

Jerry is one of my animal communicator colleague’s polo pony. He is 16 years old and my colleague had him for 10 years.

As I tuned into him, he started hopping and trotting around my energy field. He shook his head and made his happy snort sounds. He told me about himself and how grateful he is that he is now living with the family.

My colleague wanted to check his body and see how he is feeling overall.

How are you? Jerry, Mom wants to know how you are doing ? He said he is doing well. He is feeling better. He told me that he was not so active lately but he is getting back to where he is now. He said he wanted to run around again.

I asked him if I could scan his body. He showed me his left hind hoof where he is feeling a bit of pressure. He also said he had some issues in his front legs before., It seems like an old injury and sometimes it causes his neck /upper back to feel tight. His neck where shoulder meets, (the trapezius muscles) gets a bit tight and he likes to stretch by bowing.

I did not sense much on his organs but he seems to have a bit of sensitivity in his stomach. Too much fiber would irritate his GI. A bit of tightness in the upper back. He seemed to be putting more weight on the forearms.

He said his face sometimes gets itchy and he likes to rub his face against the wall or something along the wooden edge. He sometimes feels a bit of pressure on the lower jaw but it is not bothering him right now. He seems to have a bit of dry skin but he said he would just need more sun bathing and dirt bath to help with skin.

As I went over my findings from the body scan, my colleague was able to validate what I received from Jerry. She told me that she noticed that Jerry's lower jaw was bothering him recently. We talked about how we can help him to get back to the Polo game.

Jerry also shared with me how he used to pick up only good quality hay and eat and he showed me how he is careful with what he likes to eat and not.

Then he showed me how he does not like to be in a closed area and does not get much sun bathing. I was not sure what that meant until my colleague told me that Jerry actually stayed at a different boarding stable for awhile when he was injured.

She noticed that he was not getting a good quality care and food from the stable so she recently moved him to another boarding stable where he can have more outside time and able to see her more often.

Jerry taught me how animals know how to tell politely what has been bothering him without blaming anyone / anything but being able to show and state the fact what has been going on. In this case, Jerry’s mom was able to receive the message and was able to move him to another boarding stable where they offered better care for Jerry.
