Cancellation and refund policy

If you need to reschedule your session, you can do so as long as it is 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that my consultation availability is very limited, so you may have to wait awhile to reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, except in the case of emergency.

If our connection with your animal doesn't click within the first 15 minutes, feel free to let me know. You can choose to end the service, and you'll receive a full refund. However, If something in the communication doesn’t make sense, don’t hesitate to let me know.

In multiple-animal households, sometimes an unexpected communicator may emerge. Please inform me so I can ensure accurate connections. Though animal info may seem unclear initially, sitting with it often brings understanding later, aligning with your experiences. I relay details like colors or shapes exactly as received, even if puzzling at first, for potential clarity later.
